CogniSoft was established in 1984 and are specialists in the design, development and implementation of web based information systems to providers of learning, guidance, support and employment services.

CogniSoft has a wealth of product and industry knowledge which is reflected in our market leading products.

Our technology now supports some of the largest learning and skills contracts in the UK and our experience has proved invaluable to all of our customers, both large and small.

Our Understanding

CogniSoft's core business for over two decades has been to support training providers in tracking and monitoring several hundred thousand individual journeys through learning and training programmes.

Whilst this is difficult enough in it's own right, our experience over this time has taught us that tracking complex client journeys is only half the story. Managing constantly changing contracts and increasingly complex claims processes make the job of delivering effective (and profitable) learning and skills contacts all the more difficult.

Over this time we have worked with all the main statutory organisations, developing tracking systems to meet government requirements since 1987 means that we have a wealth of experience in working to the latest LSC, DCELLS, ESF, Scottish Enterprise and Job Centre Plus requirements.

Our Software

All of this experience over the years has been continually poured back into our learning and skills system YETI which has resulted in it becoming arguably the most flexible and powerful system available today:

 

• Capability to handle all of the main funded contracts with a wide range of forms included in the system and the flexibility to create custom forms for other contracts
• Twice yearly system updates to keep YETI in line with the statutory changes provided as a part of the support contract and with no extra costs
• Limitless reporting capabilities and a comprehensive suite of reports to verify your claims against the work you have actually done
• Totally flexible accessibility to the system, all you need is a web browser

 

YETI is a well respected application and is used by some of the largest Training Providers including Rathbone, Brent in2 Work, JT Ltd, Working Links, NLTG, Training 2000 and PeopleServe.

The system is also increasingly used by commercial companies for their LSC returns, for example Rentokil Initial, BAE Systems and DHL.
