Managing Training and Development
National Training Resources is an experienced and acknowledged leader in the development of knowledge and skills in the Vocational Training sector. Open Workshops
One or two day workshops focusing on good practice, tools, methods and tips to enable training managers and other responsible staff to manage internal and bought-in training more effectively. The events focus on the “how to” with detailed guidance and support with an underlying theme of: what does good training and good practice look like? Workshops are held at prime accessible city centre venues in several regions and certificates are provided which are recognised by professional bodies as CPD evidence.
Bring in the Expert
We have a range of competitively priced, specialist consultants who can help with good practice and key questions about areas such as: apprenticeship schemes; qualifications; continuing professional development; accessing government funding, developing systems for single equality schemes; the management development landscape and many other topics.
Internal Staff Training Events
All our open workshops can be delivered on-site or at an external venue for your group of staff. The content can be re-designed to suit your development needs or a bespoke approach created. The topics can range from the short good practice events to full train the trainer and other qualification courses.

Qualifications
TRAIN the TRAINER
We deliver programmes for Trainers which can be purely developmental or can target qualifications. These can include the Learning & Development Units and Awards or the new qualifications for the Lifelong Learning sector – PTLLS, CTLLS & DTLLS.
