Learning Leaders’ Methodology

Learning Leaders’ programmes are a highly practical method of learning by means of workshops and work-related assignment modules. 

The programmes specifically designed to help Teaching, Training and Learning support staff, team leaders and managers to develop their job skills, capability, knowledge and understanding of teaching, training and learning processes.

The programme participant undergoes a stimulating, developmental-driven learning route which helps reinforce the qualification.

The programmes are aligned to relevant qualifications which are accredited by Ascentis or OCR

Assignment Modules

An assignment module is strongly developmental and contains 5 main elements:

• An introduction to the topics
• Suggestions and documents for exercises, investigative work or try-out of techniques in the working environment
• Links to sources of knowledge and information about the topics
• Guidelines for reflecting on and recording your personal feedback (personal distance travelled)
• Guidance on evidence for assessment

Recent Government regulation means that the qualifications within the QTLS set are a requirement for new and unqualified Teachers, Trainers, Lecturers, Instructors and similar staff in the wider FE sector

Accreditation

National Training Resources Ltd is a recognised centre of both Ascentis and OCR and each of our accredited qualifications are certificated by one of these awarding bodies.
